Grant is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of accounting and taxation experience. Grant enjoys running a business services firm as he is exposed to a range of different areas of tax and accounting as well as a range of different clients across various industries. He is particularly well known as a specialist in the Pharmacy & Optometry industries. He has experience in tax, accounting, audit, superannuation and business services. His particular interests within the industry are business advisory and tax compliance. He enjoys helping small/medium sized businesses reach their full potential through tailored advice and accounting solutions. Grant’s strength is his ability to communicate complex accounting and tax scenarios in a down to earth manner in a way that his clients can understand.

Karen has worked in Public Practice since 2000, completing her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 2006 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2012. Karen is also a Justice of the Peace (NSW).
Karen’s valuable long-term experience in public practice has included Tax and Accounting Services,  Audit, Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation, and all areas of Business Services including meeting regulatory obligations of businesses of all sizes and complexities. .  Karen possesses skills in building good client relationships supported by current technical knowledge .

Kristy is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the accounting and taxation industry. Kristy started her career at Ernst and Young before spending some time working as a commercial accountant to gain some industry experience. She has spent the last 17 years working in public practice assisting small to medium businesses with their tax and accounting needs. Kristy’s passion is communicating and problem solving with clients to ensure the best outcome for both individuals and business. She enjoys the dynamic nature of the tax industry and building strong working relationships with clients.

Dean is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in all types of accounting and taxation services. This has helped him cater to a variety of client needs while enhancing his own knowledge and expertise. He enjoys taking challenges and finding solutions to ensure the client is given the most accurate information to help in their decisions and understanding. Dean’s professionalism and casual personality has always left a great impression with clients and is a great mix to have in this complex industry.

Natasha is one of our senior accountants with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant. Natasha has extensive experience in all areas of business services, working with a wide range of small to medium size business clients. Natasha has a strong background in customer service giving her the ability to communicate to her clients in a way they can understand.

Anthony is a junior account, working in the industry for 6 years. He has experience handling work for small and micro clients, including: individual tax preparation, business tax preparation, monthly and quarterly activity statement preparations, and superannuation preparation and auditing. Anthony is ready to take on new work from clients and strives to learn and build up knowledge to deliver the best results possible.  

Sienna is a highly skilled accountant with a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and over 10 years of experience, specialising in small business tax.
Currently pursuing her CPA accreditation, Sienna is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Emma is an intermediate accountant who graduated with a Master of Professional Accounting degree and Master of Financial Analysis degree. Emma started working as assistant accountant and bookkeeper for 5 years before working as an accountant. Emma is highly motivated, patient and has experience working on different industries such as construction, hospitality, and retail. She possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills that help her work efficiently and independently. She has experience handling monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and activity statement, payroll and superannuation processing as well as year-end work including tax return preparation and financial reporting.

Charmaine has over 20 years’ experience as a bookkeeper working on a variety of clients in different industries. She enjoys helping her clients with a full range of bookkeeping expertise, including helping with the setup of new clients, providing training in Xero, MYOB & Quickbooks and handling the week to week bookkeeping processing requirements. Charmaine adopts a very friendly approach to dealing with her clients whilst maintaining a high professional standard in her work.

Leslie is a senior member of our administration team. She has over 25 years plus in the accounting industry and her knowledge is invaluable. She provides administration assistance to the partners of the firm and our senior accountants. Leslie handles all ASIC compliance for our clients including entity setups as well providing correspondence to our clients and handling client enquiries. She is responsible for maintaining our client database and is ensures communication between our accountants and clients runs smoothly.

With over 9 years of experience at the firm, Jane is a dedicated member of the administration team, specialising in front desk management and customer service.  Jane prides herself on delivering friendly, efficient service to our customers while providing administration assistance to the partners and senior accountants of the firm.
