Grant Behrens

Partner
Grant is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of accounting and taxation experience. Grant enjoys running a business services firm as he is exposed to a range of different areas of tax and accounting as well as a range of different clients across various industries. He is particularly well known as a specialist in the Pharmacy & Optometry industries. He has experience in tax, accounting, audit, superannuation and business services. His particular interests within the industry are business advisory and tax compliance. He enjoys helping small/medium sized businesses reach their full potential through tailored advice and accounting solutions. Grant’s strength is his ability to communicate complex accounting and tax scenarios in a down to earth manner in a way that his clients can understand.

Felicity Donnelly

Partner
Felicity is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience, providing accounting and taxation services to individuals, micro, small and medium businesses, and self-managed superannuation funds. Prior to joining Kendalls Behrens in 2022, Felicity managed her own accounting practice, Sapphire Accounting and Taxation, for over 12 years. This has been invaluable as she has can understand a business from both within the business and from an advisory position. Felicity has experience in a wide range of industries including trades, retail, cafes, and professional services. Felicity enjoys the challenge of understanding the ever-changing tax, accounting and business environment and working with clients to get the best outcomes for their situation.

Bruce Burge

Consultant
Bruce is a Chartered Accountant and has been a partner in KendallsLMJ Chartered Accountants for 21 years before becoming one of the founding partners of Kendalls Behrens Chartered Accountants. Bruce has over 40 years of accounting, assurance and taxation experience. Bruce’s background is in business services across a wide range of clients including developers, manufacturers, ADI’s, extremely busy professionals, listed entities, as well as family run large, medium, and small business. Bruce’s has a history of planning and assisting with clients to reach their goals, whether it be in the start-up, operation, investing, sale, family financial matters, or succession planning of that client. To achieve the right strategy for client’s Bruce can rely on his broad experience and training in business services, audit and tax compliance. Bruce enjoys providing the solid professional support to enable clients to meet the ever changing economic and legislative landscape that these times command.

John Malouf

Consultant
John is a Chartered Accountant and acts as a consultant to the firm.  He has had over 35 years’ experience in taxation, accounting and business services.  He is a registered Company auditor and undertakes audits for Corporate organisations, as well as, Super Funds, Strata Bodies, Real Estate Agents and Solicitor & Accountancy firms.  John specialises in providing professional services for small to medium size businesses and prides himself on achieving the best results for his clients.

Charles Behrens

Auditor
Charles is a Chartered Accountant & registered Company auditor that has been in practice for 41 years in various Chartered Accounting Firms either as a partner or principal. He is now happily semi-retired whilst still consulting to Kendalls Behrens when he is not busy volunteering his expertise at Castle Hill Country Club where he is the current Club President. Charles specialises in Audit and Business Services and is regarded as an industry specialist in the Pharmacy and Optometry professions.  

Roslyn Jackson

Manager
Roslyn is a Certified Practising Accountant who has been a manager for 21 years. She has over 35 years’ experience in taxation including Fringe Benefits Tax, accounting and business services for medium, small and micro clients. Roslyn’s clients range from medical practitioners, trades people and their businesses, rental properties businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Roslyn is driven and passionate in ensuring her clients are given accurate, practical and positive results.”  

Dean Belleza

Manager
Dean is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in all types of accounting and taxation services. This has helped him cater to a variety of client needs while enhancing his own knowledge and expertise. He enjoys taking challenges and finding solutions to ensure the client is given the most accurate information to help in their decisions and understanding. Dean’s professionalism and casual personality has always left a great impression with clients and is a great mix to have in this complex industry.

Michelle Finucane

Manager
Michelle is a Chartered Accountant who started with Kendalls in 1989 as an undergraduate and completed a Bachelor of Economics at Macquarie University part-time while working full time. Early in her career, she worked as an auditor progressing to a management position before transferring her focus to small business tax and accounting where she also progressed to a management position. Since returning to the firm on a part time basis, Michelle spends the majority of her time preparing financial statements, member statements, income tax returns and other compliance documents for the firm’s Self-Managed Superannuation Fund clients.

Anthony Wheeler

Accountant
Anthony is a junior account, working in the industry for 6 years. He has experience handling work for small and micro clients, including: individual tax preparation, business tax preparation, monthly and quarterly activity statement preparations, and superannuation preparation and auditing. Anthony is ready to take on new work from clients and strives to learn and build up knowledge to deliver the best results possible.  

Natasha Orchard

Accountant
Natasha is one of our senior accountants with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant. Natasha has extensive experience in all areas of business services, working with a wide range of small to medium size business clients. Natasha has a strong background in customer service giving her the ability to communicate to her clients in a way they can understand.

Charmaine Dias

Bookkeeper
Charmaine has over 20 years’ experience as a bookkeeper working on a variety of clients in different industries. She enjoys helping her clients with a full range of bookkeeping expertise, including helping with the setup of new clients, providing training in Xero, MYOB & Quickbooks and handling the week to week bookkeeping processing requirements. Charmaine adopts a very friendly approach to dealing with her clients whilst maintaining a high professional standard in her work.

Leslie Balagtas

Office Administrator
Leslie is a senior member of our administration team. She has over 25 years plus in the accounting industry and her knowledge is invaluable. She provides administration assistance to the partners of the firm and our senior accountants. Leslie handles all ASIC compliance for our clients including entity setups as well providing correspondence to our clients and handling client enquiries. She is responsible for maintaining our client database and is ensures communication between our accountants and clients runs smoothly.
